I’d love to have this question answered as well. Seems like every question I have has been posted numerous times, but never gets answered–except in the rare case where someone answers in Olde English.

Still hasn’t worked for me, and hasn’t worked for others in the forum. Hopefully this will get fixed at some point.

I still can’t figure this out. I’ve used WordPress for my WordPress blog, and it’s a cinch, but use it as a content management system for your individual website, and it kinda sucks. Has anyone figured this out?

Basically, the Dashboard is different in the support mode.
