Greetings, I tried again to disconnect and reconnect Google and Google Merchant Center accounts, but in step 3 it gives the same error “Cannot update your Google Merchant Center contact information. Please reconnect your Google account. Cannot update You can update your contact information. Please try again later.” I can’t finish the plugin configuration process yet.

Greetings friend, if this version is correct, Google Listings and Ads 2.5.10, try 30 versions older than this one and the problem persists or even other problems arose for the older ones.

Greetings, it doesn’t work for me, the problem still persists, I tried to do the setup from scratch and disconnecting and reconnecting all the Google accounts and still nothing, I even performed the test for this url “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page” again and now the test doesn’t fail but it appears The same message “Unable to update your Google Merchant Center contact information. Please reconnect your Google account. Unable to update your contact information. Please try again later.”.

I was wondering if you guys did anything different that you could tell me about, please?

Greetings, I have not found the solution and I have read many things and nothing. In fact I tried more than 30 previous versions of the plugins and still nothing.

The following message will appear in the plugins WooCommerce registration log:

“2023-10-19T21:12:05+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Internal\DependencyManagement\GoogleServiceProvider::handle_unauthorized_error Client error: PUT https://api-vipgo.woocommerce.com/google/google-mc/content/v2.1/698580450/accounts/698580450 resulted in a 401 Unauthorized response: { “error”: { “code”: 401, “message”: “User is not an administrator of account 698580450”, “errors”: [ (truncated…)”

And I tried to connect and reconnect several times, and I used the connect and reconnect option from the url /wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page, and I tried to deactivate the plugins and I still can’t solve the problem .
