I went to the link and took his Herve’s advice and deleted the jetpack directory using my file manager. This made the problem much worse. All that appears to have happened is now I can;t even access the blog itself even publicly on the internet let aloe login.

I have the same problem and in 4.1.2 the Add Media button lets me go through the motions but then doesn’t add anything to the blog.

Since going to 3.8.1 my site stats aren’t updating either. I’m at https://www.janbtucker.com/blog
