They have not, and I abandoned this plugin since they do not follow through or have really any documentation. Just a bad way to manage things when people pay.

We did a custom block instead.

    Hello,

This is a pretty simple question/issue. Can the carousel be contained and not be full width or not? If so how can this be done and is there really no documentation or how-to’s for this plugin?

    Thanks for the quick reply!

I think it is a matter of us having the same size images for each logo, so we will try a few things to get it working as desired.

I recognize your name from the Joomla! community is that correct? I ran the SF Joomla Group for years with Jenn Gress.

Yep, you have it right, I have had the same issues you have. Sometimes works, but for sites with a lot of images or files, not.

Hello, I have finally gotten a response to the issue via an email announcement, so one of the issues was fixed by turning off the cache.

Now I am just working to find someone to help build a custom plugin to work with the print layout.

    Thanks much.

I know one thing, I will never use this or any other plugin again. Not one reply, not here, not your support. Nothing. Very disappointed and this is no way to run a business or have plugins for WordPress.

Here is the latest support ticket. Also, I had sent a contact form through for wanting to hire someone to help with a special printout of the tables we are working with.

Your request (43272) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

This is the ticket number, and I replied to it at least once. But the project was on hold and now I am meeting with the Red Cross in a few hours to discuss the print options. I will do another ticket.

    Hello Jeff,

We went ahead and just turned off the language type showing on the front of the site, but I still suggest that it show “HTML” on the front if HTML is chosen as the language in this plugin. If markup is chosen then “Markup” should show on the front.

    Thread Starter jamword22

    (@jamword22)

Hello, the code highlighting of html is not really an issue, where the “Markup” text showing on the front when adding html code is added is what this post is focused on. So is this something that can be altered in the plugin, or will you be keeping “Markukp” text showing on the front end when a person hovers over the code?

We are just pasting from our Docs in most cases that relates to our platform. In this case all we are doing is pasting the html into the block and then choosing the language. We have not wrapped it in pre or code. Is that needed in some way?

    We are using prism.
