@carolm29 Thank you so much for your response! I got nervous about wiping all Woo data, since I’m not a developer and I would rather not follow the steps in the guide. Instead, I remembered that I had made a site backup right before my failed attempt to remove Woocommerce before, so I decided to just restore that backup.

This should mean that all my woo data is the way it was before, correct?

Except, of course, for the connection between my site and the Woocommerce.com so the Update Manager works correctly. I realize that that happens at Woocommerce.com, and therefore me restoring the backup doesn’t affect it. To be clear, my store was connected successfully before I decided to go trying to “fix” it (major regrets). So just a few days ago, it was working properly.

I’m attaching screenshots: in Woocommerce.com, the screen where it says my subscription to the Update Manager is active but “not in use” … when I hit the “Add To Store” button, it asks for my store URL, and directs me back to my own WordPress backend, where I’m supposed to hit the “connect” button… except there is no “connect” button. My WP site says I don’t have an active subscription to the Update Manager. So then I hit the “Subscribe” button, which takes me back to Woocommerce.com, where I see the first screenshot again… and around and around.

Please help and thanks so much!
