1) How about a single site to recover?
2) Can it help to migrate a Single site from 1 Network to another network?
3) Can it migrate from 1 site into a multi-site?

no its not, but you can build a php script to export this content. I use to export and upload to our email marketing system

you can use the “other settings” area and put something like: on_sent_ok: “location = ‘/register/thankyou.html’;” this is how i do it to track usage
