I would recommend installing an SMTP plugin to send the emails. That fixes most webhost emailing problems. Also, here’s a more complete list of solutions to common emailing problems:

I found and reviewed your support history on our site. It looks like you have received timely responses to the two tickets you have opened. It appears that you may not have followed the troubleshooting steps our team provided for you. I would recommend that you follow those troubleshooting steps so we can help you make progress on your emailing issues.
I’m unsure as to why you feel our support has been poor quality. Could you clarify how we could do better in the future?
Also, just FYI, 99% of the time, emailing issues are caused by the webhost. If that is the case with your CC/BCC problems, then usually an SMTP plugin will resolve the problem, as Nathanael has suggested in your support ticket.

I can confirm that mailto:[email protected] is not accepted in a Formidable Website/URL field, but it is accepted in a standard Website/URL field. I would recommend creating a suggestion for this in our help desk. This will allow us to see if other users are interested in allowing this format.

If that doesn’t help, please create a ticket in our help desk.This isn’t a built-in option, but it probably could be accomplished with custom code. Personally, I would try creating a custom shortcode to display the countdown.
