I have places the code back to where it was originally and the information comes through on the facebook pixel helper, it includes the lead and value information. Do you have an email address i could send a screenshot of the information to?

Yeah i can see that message also, i think you are receiving that error because we tried to put the code elsewhere to see if that worked, but it hasn’t. I have replaced it to where we had it before and if you fill in the form again you should see no error message, this is why it is confusing as we are getting the lead but not the value, and the code looks fine. If i try to place in just the part of the code you suggest then we get a lead every time someone views our page, and we only want it to give us a lead once the form has been filled out

Thanks for your quick and helpful response, I just turned off autoptimize so you probably seen it switched off, i can continue to checkout if i clear all cache and history but after that the problem persists, i did think it was autoptimize causing the caching issue, but cloudflare could be the real culprit. I will send them a support ticket in the mean time.

You probably remember me from the other thread regarding woocommerce lol.

Okay so i have found out what the issue i am having is, it seems when i used your plugin i cannot get past my checkout (on mobile only, desktop is fine) because one of the settings within autopitimize must be causing a conflict somewhere, i know this because if i turn the plugin off the issue disappears. The only question i have now is do you know what specific setting may be causing this problem to happen on mobile only?. I have unchecked the optimize shop/basket but this doesnt help, i have also unchecked aggregate JS files but still no joy.

Hopefully you can shed some more light on this

Ok so i tried turning off those options in autopitimize and nothing has changed, i have tried turning the whole plugin off too and am still getting the same issues.

When i am testing it , it seems now that it works fine on desktop but is still greyed out on mobile?, i have tried it on 2 different mobile phones and still get the same result, Do you guys know anything else that could be causing this issue because i am stumped

Thanks for the input. In regards to the adding stuff to the basket and seeing the nothing in cart , i have noticed this error before, i just assumed that as we work on the site constantly and are emptying the cache so much that this happens sometimes, also there are ALWAYSSSS errors in the console , iv just accepted that im never going to get rid of them all lol. I did have suspicions that autopitmize might be causing this issue, as we have had a few in the past that this plugin has been responsible for. I will try turning off the compressing of javascript and see if this sorts the problem.

Sorry for the delay, Ok so with this page https://www.shades-blinds.co.uk/ underneath the map (on desktop) you will see areas (4 in a row), with read more buttons attached to them. Now when i created this for desktop in order to make them display side by side (instead of stacked) i used bootstrap and col-md-12 , col-md-3 col-md-3 col-md-3 col-md-3.

Now the problem i have is when i view these areas on mobile, they stack vertically, i would like to stack them side by side 2 areas at a time. But when i use the same bootstrap method ,i try putting them in col-sm-12, col-sm-6 col-sm-6 respectively they still display stacked vertically, as if they dont accept the col-sm-6 for mobile viewing?

Hopefully i haven’t made this sound more complicated than it actually is
