      Hi @alexli126 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are here to help.

It is placed under Advanced Card Processing, simply because it has yet to have a separate gateway on it’s own. However, you can enable Apple Pay (or Google Pay in that sense) separately and leaving the Advanced Card Processing (Debit/Credit Cards) disabled.

Hope that helps and let us know if you have further questions.

      Best Regards,
      Jamie

      Hi @mfabowl,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please be aware that validation will be confirmed only when you use the Apple Pay button on your site. Until then, the status may still show as “validation failed.”

This does not suggest an issue with your setup; it is simply how the system verifies the integration. Importantly, completing a payment is not necessary to finalize the validation.

Please follow these steps to share your system status report with us:

      1. Navigate to the?WooCommerce / Status?section in your site’s admin panel.
      2. Click on the?Get system report?button and then click?Copy for support.
      3. Paste the report into our?PrivateBin.
      4. After uploading, please share the link here so we can review the details thoroughly.

Once we have a clearer picture of your system’s state and the specific circumstances, we can guide you better on how to resolve the issue.

      Best Regards,
      Jamie

      Hi @caracole,

It appears there may be no specific reasons identified for the settings not being saved properly. We recommend clearing your cache and attempting to uncheck and save the settings again, as this might resolve any issues related to updates not being applied correctly.

Additionally, could you please provide the System Status Report? This will help us verify the version of the plugin in use and further assist with troubleshooting. Thank you.

      Best Regards,
      Jamie

      Hi @caracole,

No problem, we understand that there are many terms and definitions that can sometimes be confusing.

For Pay Later, there are two parts – first one is the “Pay Later messaging” , second is the Pay Later button. We break it down here:

      1. Pay Later Messaging –
You can remove these messaging by unchecking all the boxes here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1K_SutBUdD-eRPy5QdIOxp2l_bzPJGSna/view?usp=drivesdk.

The Pay Later messaging & configurator languages depend on the primary country of the PayPal merchant account, means it is based on your shop country.

Regarding the language of the Pay Later messaging, it is worth noting that Pay Later are “regional” offerings, so PayPal won’t translate the Pay Later messaging or button into other languages, since all Pay Later regions have their own dedicated messaging/buttons:?https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/pay-later/us/
These are not only different labels on the buttons, but it’s actually a different Pay Later button per region.

However in your case, you want to disable/hide all messaging, this should no longer be an issue.
      2. Displaying the Pay Later button – you can disable the button based on the instructions in the previous comment. This will take effect on the entire site.

As for your question regarding “Vaulting”, the Vaulting feature allows you to securely store your customer’s payment methods as a unique, non-sensitive token within your system. Your customer won’t have to enter their payment details the next time they purchase from your site.

For additional information about Vaulting, you can find out here.

Let us know if you have further questions.

      Best Regards,
      Jamie

      Hi @caracole ,

The Paypal Payments plugin settings is located within WooCommerce plugin – shown here:

      Hello @tetsudaddy19

Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

To help us diagnose the issue more effectively, we need access to your system report.

We are waiting for your system reports to proceed with the analysis.

Regarding Question #2, the latest version 2.8.2 addressed some edge-case issues with Google Pay and it works well for us. There are more improvements coming in the next update, but we are not aware of any major issues with the Google Pay integration. We will require more context on the issues that you were facing.

For Question #3, selecting the option would be a personal preference and depends on whether you want users to be able to select shipping address data and shipping methods directly in the Google Pay modal.

We hope that answers your questions. We look forward to receive the System Status Report.

      Best Regards,
      Jamie

      Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

It’s important to note that the plugin currently supports Pay Later messaging in the following locations:

      • Single Product
      • Cart
      • Checkout
      • Shop (including Search & Categories)
      • Home

While it’s true that these are the predefined locations, the plugin also offers render hooks that allow for the repositioning of existing messaging instances. This means you can adjust the placement of Pay Later messages in the supported locations to better suit your website’s layout.

Our?GitHub repository?provides a lot of information on adding modules and accessing the plugin container, which could be particularly helpful for your project.

Let us know if you have further questions.

      Best Regards,
