I don’t see an option to send you a private support ticket. Your support page leads me back to here.
I know what you mean, but perhaps it influenced what emails were spam and were not with Gmail, Outlook, and maybe others.
Okay, I will send in a support ticket.
- This wasn’t an issue before installing CleanTalk. We had tested thoroughly before launching the website.
- We are using LearnDash for the workshops. LearnDash would be the plugin connected to registration forms. The email notification that comes through, as you see in the video, is the default WordPress email.
Hi James,
I appreciate your determined effort and the time it took to test things out and get back to me. I will keep using whatever workaround is easiest. If I somehow figure out what may be causing the primary issue, I will return to this ticket and get in touch.
Thanks again.
Hi James,
I have no real way of knowing that without doing a completely fresh install; which I unfortunately don’t have the time for. We always use our default blueprint, in which case, the Site Kit plugin has already been renamed and moved.
Hi James,
I had responded, but over email. I guess it never made its way to you. Here’s a copy of my response.

Hi James,
Thank you for the thorough tests. After a few more tests, which I have linked to below, it certainly seems like it has to do with the Admin Menu Editor Pro plugin. But the workaround can be different for some of the sites, which is odd and a bit of a pain; especially since I don’t have access to all Editor profiles.

- MineConnect: https://www.screencast.com/t/ROUemuX8qM
- Cochrane Ontario: https://www.screencast.com/t/zVvVeaYMXML
Hoping you can troubleshoot some more. Perhaps there is a fix with your next plugin update?
Thanks,
I will also keep you updated as soon as I have an update regarding testing with the same plugin environment.
That would be much appreciated, as the workaround would be kind of a pain to do on 50+ websites that we host and manage.
You’re more than welcome to use our website (detailmedia.ca) if you wish to troubleshoot! I can share credentials privately.
The client confirmed that she is now able to see the dashboard and is very happy. On smoothrockfalls.ca, an old editor profile was used and it works. On detailmedia.ca, a new editor profile was used and it works.
Okay, so update on this. A workaround I guess…
I logged into my client’s Editor account, and no Site Kit menu like she said. So, I went back into my account and deactivated those two plugins.
When I went back into her account, I saw the Site Kit menu so I clicked on it and accepted the terms (checkbox). Everything worked.
I then went back into my account to re-activated the two plugins. I go back into my client’s account and everything is working like it should now.
It seems as though the terms need to be accepted in order for the menu to start showing up, even with the two plugins activated. But those two plugins stop it from appearing right away. Strange!
Hi James,
I did what you said, but from our own website (https://detailmedia.ca). As you can see by the video, it worked no matter if I had those plugins activated or not: https://www.screencast.com/t/oje6ljgh
My client for https://smoothrockfalls.ca just confirmed that she does not see that menu item within her dashboard.
Site health was just submitted through my Gmail account.

In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] Error when cloning a postHi Jeroen,
I couldn’t figure it out and it wasn’t giving me an error on debug mode, so I just found another duplication plugin that works with these builds. It must have something to do with a conflict of your plugin and another plugin we are using on those two specific websites. But for now, and in the interest of time, I will attempt to use a similar plugin that works.

In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] Error when cloning a postHi Jeroen,
I found the logs and exported them for the last two days. I don’t really know what I’m looking for though. Here is the link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/cki7imk10uib8wh/AAAvxB4zVy0dh04TZ8GEivbga?dl=0
Also, I don’t think it has to do with plugins that aren’t updated. I’m on Flywheels’ managed plugin system, so you just caught the website at a bad time. Plugins are updated weekly. This error has been happening for a while now. And it’s happening on a couple of websites, not just one.
I could send log in credentials if that would help?

In reply to: [Flow-Flow Social Feed Stream] unable to get feed to displayI’m also having this problem on https://www.micsgroup.com/.
Can someone please tell me how it was resolved? I’m using the Elementor page builder. When logged into WordPress and viewing the home page, the Social Flow plugin works as it should. Once I log out, it disappears. When inspecting the page, the following error appears:
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

In reply to: [Facebook Events Importer] Events not ShowingIn addition to the events not working, my Google Map setup (see ‘Map’ button in header) no longer works if the pro version of the plugin is activated. Works fine if it’s deactivated.
