Hi @jandru,
Exporting and importing Scrollsequence animations from one site to another would be a nice feature to have. However, it’s not possible with Scrollsequence at the moment.
Exporting only the Scrollsequence data from one installation to another is not (easily) possible. One of the reasons for that is that the images are stored as an array of media IDs. But the media IDs may be different for each install.
Nevertheless, if you use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin – it works because it transfers all data at the same time, including media and metadata.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards.

In reply to: [Scrollsequence - Cinematic Scroll Image Animation Plugin] Fix Content WidthHi there,
I understand you’re having issues with your Scrollsequence’s Fixed Content. I’m happy to help you out with this.
I’m afraid the only way to customize anything you put in the Fixed Content is by using HTML and CSS.
You can try giving your texts a
<div>
tag, then adjusting its width using CSS. You can put your CSS codes in the “Custom CSS” text area on the right panel in your Scrollsequence settings (see screenshot).I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,

Hi @dev74
It’s me again. Apologies if I misunderstood it the first time, but it seems that you are using the Alioth theme.
This theme is actually incompatible with?Scrollsequence, I’m afraid. Thus, it’s causing problems.
My suggestion is to contact people from the Alioth theme and ask them for a resolution. It is their file (which we have no control over) that is giving the error.
Thanks for understanding. Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards
Hi @dev74
I understand your?pages become blank when Scrollsequence is activated.?I’m happy to help you out with this.
The page you mentioned you need help with is not made on WordPress. Could you please share with us the link to your website where Scrollsequence is activated, so we can have a look?
Please also make sure that you have the latest 1.4.3 version of the Scrollsequence free or premium.
Looking forward to your response.

In reply to: [Scrollsequence - Cinematic Scroll Image Animation Plugin] Pro VersionHi?@pointnet
I’m happy to help you out with this.
If the user pays monthly and stops paying, the premium features will stop working (only 100 images per scene, 3 scenes max, limited animations), but the existing sequences will still be there and you should be able to edit them.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards
Hi?@pointnet
I’m happy to help you out with this.
1. Where do you see these icons and bunch of images at different resolutions that WordPress creates? Could you please send us some screenshots, so we can have a better understanding of what you’re referring to?
Please see below information about best practices for having a better image quality:
- Resolution: Image sizing depends on your application and if you want your image to scale to fit or scale to fill. Good practise is to start with something that look roughly okay, and optimize at the end of the process.
- Aspect ratio: If you plan to use one set for both mobile and desktop websites, it is recommended to use nearly square aspect ratio. In the future there will be an option to have different sets of images according to user screen size.
- Image formar and sizing: Image weight is key aspect. You want to make sure that image looks fine, while having a low size. Usually best results are achieved with .jpg or .jpeg images, where a 1920×1080 image can have less than 60kb.
2. On the?Scrollsequence > Dashboard > Options tab, there’s a “High Definition Canvas” setting where you have these options to choose from:?see screenshot.?Is this what you’re looking for?
3. No, it is not possible to?upload a video directly at the moment.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards
I’m happy to help you out with this.
Yes, you can use optimization plugins like ShortPixel or Imagify. These plugins will do?the optimizations (just make sure to back-up in case you won’t be satisfied with the quality).?
Then once optimized, the site will just fetch the new images as normal.
Also, Scrollsequence supports WebP images.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi @arne-cordes
I understand you’re having issues, I’m happy to help you out.
Scrollsequence loads only a few images on page load, the remaining ones are preloaded in the background, so it does not block rendering.
What is set on your “Image?Preload Percentage”?setting on the?Scrollsequence >? Dashboard > Options panel?
Could you please also share with us the page with this issue, so we can have a look?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Jamie
