We haven’t encountered the issue you mentioned on our end. To assist you further, we would need more details about your website settings, installed plugins, WooCommerce settings, and the number of products added. Ideally, it would be helpful if we could access your WP admin dashboard to analyze the issue thoroughly.
If possible, please create a staging version of your website for us to investigate.

This issue might occur if no payment method has been added to the course. Please ensure that at least one payment method is available to allow users to purchase or enroll in the course. If you would like to make the course free, you can enable the “One Time Payment” option and set the price to 0. This will make the course accessible for free, allowing any user on the website to obtain it.

Please note that when you enable the currency sign in the field settings, it will apply the currency symbol to the values (min, max, and cost value) within that specific field. The currency sign in the calculator settings, however, will adjust the values shown in the summary section.
To add decimal and thousands separators, enable the “Add measuring unit” option in the field settings. Here’s a quick guide: View Guide

The “Get Course” button might not work if there are no payment methods assigned to the course. To make the course free, please add a One-Time Payment option with a value of zero in Course Settings > Pricing – see screenshot.
This will allow any registered user to start the course.
