In reply to: CSS IncompatibilityIt is my understanding that things will work well in FF, but that IE and it’s different flavors may or may not work well to varying degrees. What a mind sore MS IE is. I’ve seen css, html, and php code for IE that seems to suggest that there are if…then…else conditions that may address this (i.e IE6, IE7, etc.), but there is little documentation that I have located to support this concept for WordPress.
There are two areas that WordPress seems to fail the tests of user satisfaction.
Maybe “Christine Rondeau” or another well versed individual might offer some input or a suggestion or solution that would help…please.

In reply to: Differences Between Viewing from Firefox and from IECan I setup the css file to adjust for the browser flavor (i.e. if…then…else type clause) as similar to what I’ve seen in other css code files? Or should this accomplished in the php or html code?

In reply to: Header padding issueGood note.
Can the padding adjusted with the px value (i.e. 20px)?
Thanks.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Removal of Comment CapabilityOn Second Thought,
Are comments (blogs) required to be on at least one page? If so, then that might solve the problem: create a page for that purpose and remove it from the home page.?!? I would like to have comments on one specific page for related dialogue, but that page is not ready yet.

In reply to: How to put text under a picture?Include text under the inserted image works fine. You can use spaces, CR, and left/right alignment for each item to adjust the images and text relationships.
Maybe I do not understand the Q.
