I generally optimise my images before I upload them – here are the steps i take

1. Get them the right pixel size first
2. Optimise using a service like tiny png

The website address is showing fine for me when I search in Google – so it might be showing a cached page for you. Also your logo is showing in the Google Search Page for me (not wordpress)
