@super4tw when the split will happen a key will be added to the order to avoid splitting the same order again and again. In case you want to split the order which has already been splitted, you can remove the meta key split_status custom fields area by editing the order.

After deleting the key you will find the split button on orders list under actions column.

@pogotime you can turn ON auto combine and select order status as per your requirement under Automation tab. Then select Combine by same customer user under Rules section.

It will combine orders with selected status by the same user.

There are three options for the shipping on general settings tab, No Shipping, Combine Shipping and Separate Shipping. You can try these options in your case.

Please let us know if any of these option are helpful or not for your scenario.

@fireworkscookbook you can select combine shipping option from general settings tab for your scenario. It will combine the shipping cost in combined order.

@cshuhart we are releasing an improved version. Please update the plugin and test your scenario. Please confirm if the issue is resolved.

@apapadakis we will check it on our end. Please make sure you have turned ON custom queries from WP Sort Order settings.

Also mention the plugin you are using for custom queries.

@maapi10 please make sure you have selected the Group by Vendors (User Role) method and user role for the vendors. Leave all the vendors unselected, so each vendor items will be grouped in a separate order.

@alenfrost this plugin works for the backend only. It has no effect on the frontend.

You can also check WooCommerce > Status > Logs. In case you need urgent help please check the Help section in the plugin.

@scnaadmin we have tried to reproduce this issue on our end but we could not reproduce it. Please check the debug.log file in Logs > Debug Log if you see any error.

@scnaadmin please make sure you have turned ON All Products checkbox. Or you have selected default for the items under split group column.

everytime when i add new product then I need to select the default option from plugin setting for every product?

If you select All Products checkbox it will consider all products listed and all future products added. You do not need to select every new product as Default under the split group column.

But the parent order still visible at WCFM Vendor Orders.

Order Splitter only trash orders from WooCommerce > Orders. WCFM Vendor Orders list is something else which is handled by WCFM not our plugin. Our plugin splits products by WCFM Vendors if Group by Vendors (User Role) method is selected.

You are using the Default method which is not related to WCFM. Default method will split every single item into a separate order.
