It seems to be fixed now.
I phoned PayPal – they’ said they’re compiling a list of all accounts they think have been affected, they will then speak to another dept in the company about what they can offer as compensation and will contact all those they think have been affected hopefully later today

have also tried disabling all plug ins, using a default theme and flushing the cache – still not fixed.. we’re taking orders so unfortunately we’re losing money now on a tight margin, don’t want to turn the shop off as we’ve just spent money on a marketing campaign… please help, thanks

Having the same problem with shipping fees not carrying through to paypal using paypal standard.. have tried updating to the latest version of wp e-commerce and still no shipping in paypal, we’re using table rate which has been fine for ages, have just started a campaign and we’re not taking any shipping charges.. Re the timing of the change that’s brought about the error – we had an order on 8 Oct 2014 at 21:08:47 BST with the shipping in paypal being fine, we then had another order on 9 Oct 2014 at 06:58:41 BST and it’s been broken since.

The plugin was updated a few hours a go to Version: 3.8.14.3 and it’s still not fixed

Any help is really appreciated
