i only ask as i use giftable for 2 functions

1 – buy product from category x get product Y free
2 – Spend any amount and choose from product a,b, c

its just when you get to the checkout and you have bought from Category X that you have all 4 gifts to choose from (of which it is only possible to select gift Y and one of a,b, or c of course) and it just looks a little strange in the cart

would be great if it did something like divided the offers so it says

Choose 1 gift from ABC
— then a line break—
Add Gift Y to cart

can you think of a better way i could do this maybe

Please ignore my last message as i have finally worked it out.

I do have another problem now though

When the free gift appears in the cart at checkout it has an editable quantity box so the customer can add multiples of the free gift when they only qualify for 1.

Have i set something up wrong somewhere to allow this to happen?

thanks @pavloborysenko and @realmag777 but i am afraid i don’t understand what you are talking about as i am not a technical person – i am just the website owner trying to work out why it is running so slowly. i installed the query monitor plugin but i dont know how to interpret the information it gives me.

As i said before i think i am going to need to employ an expert to look into it for me
