I thought that maybe the ‘bp-core-buddybar.php’ was a function of our installed theme, so i reached out to our theme creator and they said that it’s not part of there theme…

So what would you suggest now?

I will take a look with our web admin tomorrow and see if we can come up with anything. But if you have any advice please feel free to share!

Are you referring to the ‘bp-core-buddybar.php’ ? Because that is not a plugin we have installed externally…To me that sounds like a core function of buddypress no?

Hey Guys. I saw you update the plug-in to version 1.3.1 so I installed it and tried it out. Bad news, still having trouble, but the log seems to read a bit different than before, so perhaps we are getting closer?

Sorry I never responded. I downloaded the update 2 weeks ago when you posted it, tried it, and it didn’t work. Sorry for my late response I was traveling and got backed up and wanted to give your new method of log tracking you mentioned. I will do that in the next day or two and post my error log on here so you can analyze.

@jan Dembowski – thank you for your concern, but we have done our research and consulted our overly precocious and secure web admins, and using a staging site for something like this is more than ok.

I think it is SUPER nice what qstudio has done by offering this unique support. The have seen me struggling with this issue for months and have decided to go above and beyond normal support of developer to help and I do not think you discourage this type of behavior. Of course there are big bad people on the internet, everyone knows that, but I think the tech savvy users of wordpress are just a bit more “in the know” on internet scams than someone like my grandmother might be. So as for your concern, thanks but no thanks..

I just updated to your new version of exporter and it still is not working.

I will talk to him about giving you access to our site to see if you can replicate the issue.

Also I will talk to my web admin about updating buddypress, and possibly wordress as well to mimic your setup with hopes it will work. What do you think?

What about drawing this information from a xprofile field? I am pretty sure that this is a wordpress field and has nothing to do with buddypress…right? But i don’t see any of the profile fields show up in your plug-in..

I do not really know what your explanations were. Did I give you the error data you needed to see?
I have the newest versions of all plug-ins…WP – 4.3.1 BP – 2.5.8 and EUD – 1.2.5

As I read above many people are having the same issue I am. Could they be related?

Ok Dude…here you go. I think I left a bit of extra code in there but wasn’t sure exactly what you needed, but I def see a export error of some sort. I hope this helps..

I tried limiting the amount to only 200 exports and also setting a date rang of only the last two months, and for both the xProfile fields were all blank.

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of your plug-in today, version 1.2.5. I love the interface and advanced settings…great job!

I am having similar issues to the people above. When I choose to export the data, the profile data is blank. I am running WP v 4.3.1 and buddypress v 2.3.4. I am not sure what kind of debug info you would need beyond that? But I would love to keep using your plug-in if we could resolve the issue! Thanks!
