im having the exact same problem.. my customers can add to the cart enter all there details but when they hit purchase it stays on that same page.

Hi the problem that i am having is my site is that when it time to make payment, it just refreshes on the checkout page . it does go to the paypal page for my customers to complete transaction. the designer said it all linked and all the plugin ase configurated so is API.

But it still does not work
