Hi Jeff,

It looks like it had to do with this custom password option.

When I check it, I get multiple password fields. When I uncheck, the additional password fields are gone.

The issue I have with the lists is that they could really get too long and the page then doesn’t look very nice.

Hi Multidots,

I used the following hook to enable the “additional flat rates” field i WooCommerce and now your plugin is working as it should.

/* Enable the field for additional flat rates in WooCommerce */

add_filter( 'woocommerce_enable_deprecated_additional_flat_rates', '__return_true' );

My initial understanding was that the plugin would enable the additional flat rates but it was not the case (at least not in my case).

I have another question but I will post it separately as it is not related to this topic.

Thanks for this plugin. This seems to be a great one if I just could get it to work.

I installed the plugin and I can see the tab added to WooCommerce –> Settings –> “Woo Shipping Display Mode”
I then selected ” Display shipping methods in a dropdown” from the list below:
Woo Shipping Display Mode
Display shipping methods with “radio” buttons
X Display shipping methods in a dropdown

I have already defined my shipping classes and enabled the flat rate shipping. But on my checkout page, I see the following message:
Shipping : There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

Can you please let me know what else I need to do?

FYI: I have installed WooCommerce: Version 2.5.2.
