We have not been able to resolve the issue ourselves internally and have instead been required to disable Kraken and look for alternatives.
The Kraken support has been next to nothing. All they do is respond to our initial request with some questions and then never respond past that. We have had at least 5 tickets opened with them and none of them have been resolved – they simply disappear into the nether. I’d actually rank their support as the worst we have had to date.
