I have WP Super Cache installed, but it doesn’t resolve the problem.

As you click on any of the pages in the menu (on desktop) the modal box shows for an instant right under the button top right in the header. I managed to grab a screenshot – I’m not sure how I can share it with you.

I deleted all the code and added email and submit button.

When clicking on the submit button the pop up just closes. When hovering over the submit (Subscribe) button on the pop up it shows “Close (Esc)” – I believe this might be the problem. Not sure how to fix it.
