I am just asking why the other methods don’t work for the latest version of WordPress

Hello, I am using WordPress on my local copy and not a Hosting Provider.

I also can’t clone from the admin bar. There is no option there to do that

I am having the same issue if i try to access the sitemap with Chrome or Firefox.

However, the sitemap shows when I use Internet Explorer 11

This must be an XSD issue.
