    Hi Esmi,
my host was able to find the reason why it is like this? here is the conversation maybe then you can tell me how to fix it?
    ……………………………………………………
HostColor -: CAn you give me the link for registration so I can test on my end?
HostColor -: Also have you contacted your developer maybe there is something wrong with your code
    Jay Hamidi: https://yesnorthshore.com/wp-login.php?action=register
    HostColor – Customer Service: https://yesnorthshore.com/wp-login.php?action=register&stopspam=1
HostColor -: There is an issue with your URL
HostColor -: on my end it looks like: https://yesnorthshore.com/wp-login.php?action=register&stopspam=1
HostColor -: and on your end is just https://yesnorthshore.com/wp-login.php?action=register
[5:58:11 PM | Edited 5:59:13 PM] HostColor – Customer Service: you are some how avoiding the antispam
Jay Hamidi: is that in php code?
    HostColor -: most probably
HostColor -: your register link is the issue
HostColor -: it is not properly working
HostColor -: consult with the developer
HostColor -: try to make registration by using the URL https://yesnorthshore.com/wp-login.php?action=register&stopspam=1
HostColor -: and it will work
Jay Hamidi: oh, thank you!at least now i know whats the problem?
HostColor -: The first time when you visit https://yesnorthshore.com/wp-login.php?action=register you will see a notification: “We are protecting ourselves from spam, please click here to register.”
however if you open the REGISTER link on the right again the message will disappear and lead straight to the wrong URL
HostColor -: if the message is seen and you click on “please click here to register” the correct URL will load.
    ………………………………………….
    thats it!
please let me know if theres a solution for this that you know?
    Thanks!

    Hi Esmi
Thank you for your reply. the theme that i use its a business directory theme made by premiumpress.com and my site is yesnorthshore.com
befor posting on this forum i contacted the support at premiumpress and they also suggested to use the Twenty Fourteen and unplugging all plugins, i did but didn’t make a difference and i just did it again and didnt work again.
as for #2 i have checked with my host (hostcolor.com)and they say everything is ok, and i believe them because everything was working fine until i hired a freelancer from overseas and he messed up my site so bad that now almost two months later i still haven’t been able to get back on my feet (especially because i’m not knowledgeable in PHP ??
i will also look into a plugin suggested by the article you send me for #2 and hopefully that will be fixed!
as for issue with registration i hope some solution will come soon ??
once again thank you for your help!
    Jalal
