Hello Prithvi,
Thank you for following up!
It seems that the review widget is still not being updated. I believe you are using WP Rocket as a cache plugin, in some cases, that could also prevent our widgets from being updated to reflect settings changes.
You can go to the WP Rocket plugin and exclude our CSS/JS files from being optimized as listed below:
For CSS, please add cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.css to the Excluded CSS Files.
For JavaScript, please add cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.js in Excluded JavaScript Files.
Please also add https://cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.js if you have enabled Load JavaScript deferred. In case you are using additional cache plugins, I would also recommend trying to exclude the above files and clearing the cache.
Please keep us informed regarding any updates.Hello there,
We deeply apologize for the delay in replying to your topic. It seems that you have already managed to fix the issue. However, generally,
similar issues could occur when using a cache plugin, and excluding our CSS/JS files from being cached solves the issue.JavaScript excludes the following:
cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.js in Excluded JavaScript Files.
https://cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.js if Load JavaScript deferred is enabled.
For CSS, you can add cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.css to the Excluded CSS Files. If you face any other issues, please let us know. Also, please note that our support team is available 24/7 via live chat when you access your Judge.me account or you can email us at [email protected].
Hello there,
May I ask if you are referring to the WooCommerce Reviews widget? If so, yes you can keep it enabled within WooCommerce > Products > Enable product reviews. However, if you meant to keep the reviews you have collected through WooCommerce and display them on Judge.me widgets. You would need to first export the reviews by following the 3rd step Export native WooCommerce reviews mentioned in this guide: Additional settings for Judge.me on WooCommerce and import them to Judge.me by following this one: Different ways to import reviews to Judge.me.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please let me know.Sincerely,
Omar from Judge.meForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Judge.me Product Reviews for WooCommerce] Write a reviewHi there,
Unfortunately, we can’t ensure the source of the imported reviews so they cannot be automatically marked as verified. Imported reviews can still be manually verified by us, however, we would need you to share with us some screenshots of the orders related to the imported reviews at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help verify them.Forum: Plugins

To ensure only verified buyers are able to leave reviews, navigate to the following path: Settings > Review Widget > Review Curation > Web Reviews, (If you are already logged in to your Judge.me account, click this link) and enable the Web review restriction feature. Please, don’t forget to save your settings once you make changes.
Enabling this feature will hide the ‘Write a review’ button on all of your pages. Only customers who receive a review request email will be able to submit reviews, and these reviews will be marked as verified.
I hope this has been helpful in clarifying your questions. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to write back.Hi there!
Thank you for writing back.
I have checked again, and I can see that a Judge.me account was created for your site theclothingbeast.com about six hours ago. May I ask if you are still getting the same error when trying to access our plugin from the WordPress side menu?
I have also tried checking if there is anything blocking our webhooks, and it does not seem like it currently. Please try to access the plugin and let me know.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us and my apologies for the delay.
May I ask if you have moved from a staging site to the live site https://theclothingbeast.com? If so, please send me the staging site link.I would also recommend trying to whitelist the following URL If the hosting does allow using asterisks: https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/* in case there is any block from the hosting service. If there is no option to use asterisks, you can try whitelisting the following URLs.
https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/review/created https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/review/created_fail https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/shop/installed https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/shop/plan_changed https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/shop/uninstalled https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/all_reviews_count/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/all_reviews_page/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/all_reviews_rating/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/featured_carousel/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/html_miracle/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/preview_badge/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/reviews_tab/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/review_widget/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/settings/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/shop_reviews_count/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/shop_reviews_rating/updated https://theclothingbeast.com/wp-json/judgeme/v1/widget/verified_badge/updated

OmarHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I have checked your judge.me settings, and you currently have the review requests enabled. You can check by going to Settings > Review Request > Conditions. This means that our system will be scheduling and sending out review requests automatically once an order is marked as completed and according to your timing settings (Settings > Review Request > Request Timing).
However, when checking Requests > Requests dashboard, I see that some orders do not have the customer email included, that is why those requests were skipped.
I hope this answer your question.
