In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Error 404This is why I asked you where to contact you by email, or otherwise. This would avoid these many questions and you could better assess the situation. Long story short, the subsite is neither frontend nor backend accessible. And when the permalinks are changed to “by date” for example, the primary site works. But the subsite is still not accessible (frontend and backend). And all the “hard links” in the menu or in a page (I don’t know if that’s the right word in English, which is not my native language), don’t work. We also had a paid addon that we uninstalled. I cleared all caches, deleted htaccess file, etc. Nothing works.
We desactivated wpca from the main site, it dont works. But not deleted. I’ll try this.I would recommend:
- deleting wpca from the main site
- clearing permalinks from the main site
- accessing the subsite from its wp-admin url, reactivating wpca, and reseting the permalinks

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Error 404the installation is not in a subdomain. But in a sub-file. So everything domain.xxx/xxx is not working and we have a 404 error. And as soon as I change the permalinks, this error disappears and we have access. And this happened as soon as I activated your plugin on the main site. So, yes, this is a problem, at least in part, with your plugin. But if you don’t want to push it any further, that’s OK. We will manage.

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Error 404It is a wordpress multisite network installation. so, there is a site that is no longer accessible with a 404 error. And it happened when I activated your plugin on the default site, by mistake. All pages are 404, and I cannot access the site which is on the network.
