Never mind. I found the solution in another post. It was the Duck Duck Go browsers extension.

In an effort to get this website finished, I retrieved option_value from the database for the theme.

If the plugin put poorly formed or incomplete JSON in that field, would that cause the plugin to fail?

Any Updates?

The boxes on the left are supposed to drag to change order and move into the disable section. The mouse cursor changes to a drag icon but holding down the mouse button just highlights everything. I tried in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.
