I stopped using WordPress couple of years ago and didn’t add a single line of code. If you want to maintain the addon, I can try to find out how to transfer ownership next week.

If you find one that suits your needs better or the same, you shouldn’t. But as far as I know, there aren’t any problems with it atm. I just don’t have the time nor the interest (don’t really blog anymore) to improve it anymore. So if you cannot find anything better and it works for you, I don’t see that it would be a problem.

I’m happy if people stop using this, I just created this for me. As for my “success”, when I created this there was no alternative for wordpress.

Sorry, I simply don’t have time atm. And the way the plugin works (no authentication and safes cookies to determine if a user already voted), a user easily could remove all your votes. (But mostly I don’t have time – the system was always focused on ease of use instead of security, which would’ve been only possible if people needed to login)

Sorry, if you send in a patch in the next couple of weeks, I’ll try to include it, but after that my second child will be born and I will have even less time ??

I don’t expect to ever do any big changes anymore, since it works for me and I’m open to add patches. Otherwise someone will have to fork the plugin, which would be fine for me.

I think that needs serious database changes, you would need to fork the project to include it. And if you cannot code, you would of course need to find somebody to build it…

It would probably work… This is a remnant from old times, when the buttons where identified by name and not by their number. I pushed a new version, please try it.

I wouldn’t know how, the system only saves the number of votes. Since users don’t have to log in to vote, the data isn’t there.

Sure thing. Not sure when I’ll find time to integrate them, but before the next version comes out for sure. You could post the CSS in the forum, then it will be available even before I’ll find time to add it.
