I think this is the problem. Most of these things are set up with the programmer/website builder in mind. When it comes to those of us with little experience, it isnt user friendly. Also, when trying to get help, it is also geared towards former mentioned, and of little help to the later. It is very frustrating when you want to learn, and you try to follow instructions that can look very daunting. A little help from somebody can go a long way.

The other thing is, when you do try looking round, as in Davids Technical Musings for example, the info there, really good, but is different to what I see in my acp/options settings, so there again it can be confusing.

Ok, I dont know why this is happening, I am genuinely in need of help, but I get this feeling that I’m being ignored. I thought this was supposed to be a support forum, so far you have ignored almost every question I have asked. And please, dont say asking for a link to my site help, its not.

Never mind, I couldnt wait any longer I changed the theme.

Um, surely this cant be a difficult question, isnt there anybody that can help please. I would like to be able to get this sorted so that I can get my blog online and start using it more. As it is its no good.

you can see Furry Critters Blog in blue should all be on the top line where it says Blog Name, and that shouldnt be there.

Thanks for the message. By looking at my Blogger, can you tell if its the new blogger or old? I dont know which it is. I wondered if that might be the problem.

Just been in contact with my host, and they have set the upload limit to 32MB’s, but it still wont transfer, even with that limit. ??

I click the button, and it starts to import then it says ‘set authors’ and sticks on the first post. The same as before. I’ve gone through the process again of setting authors, but it still wont upload. ??

Does anybody know the answers to the question I asked? Sorry to ask again.

Hi, thank you for your post. um, I dont think so. Here is my blog for you to have a look at. How can I tell how big it is? Also, is there anyway I can get my host to allow me to migrate the blog? Have you heard anybody that has been able to?
