I’ve inspected elements and the whole header/rest of page comes up as one element – it’s not like it gives me any way of looking at changing it.

That will be because the logo page isn’t part of the theme – its a separate plugin for that page only.
I’ve just tried the CSS above, replacing the existing and still no luck
The site is https://www.sprungsuspension.com but there is an active ‘coming soon’ page up at the moment to stop general viewing.
