In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Migration process stuckNo problem, I understand. You will still have access to your events and can create new ones without migrating.
For more information about migrating, check out this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/migrating/
Have a great day!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Wrong link to event calendarHi @priatelko
Thanks for reaching out! We’re so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
If you go to Events > Settings > General, do you see the correct event slug entered there?
If so, it’s possible that this has something to do with translations on your site. Did you see this issue before updating? Do you have your site translated with a third-party plugin?
Looking forward to your response!
Thanks,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Input time 15 minutesThanks so much for reaching out! You should be able to enter the times that you want manually. Although the option is not available in the dropdown menu, you can click on the time and manually input the 15-minute increment times you want.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Migration process stuckHi @deyil
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
Can you try a hard refresh of your website and see if that works? I’d also recommend flushing your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and Save Changes.
Let me know if that helps!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] I Dont know how to show label events in SpanishHi @plsites
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Sometimes, certain words aren’t available in the translation files. In that case, you are definitely on the right track with Loco Translate. It’s possible that you don’t have the correct setup there, and that may be causing an issue.
As a first step, I’d recommend taking a look at the following Knowledgebase article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/managing-translations-with-loco-translate/
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Updated Calendar Event plugin to 6.0 broke my calendarHi @ksteubing
Thanks so much for reaching out! As a first step, you can downgrade to the previous version of our plugin.
Here are instructions on how to do that:

JaimeHi @dsawyers
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Are you using Event Aggregator? Are you seeing duplicate posts in the backend?
Do you see duplicate posts if you use a default WordPress theme and have all other plugins deactivated?
I hope that helps!

You can read more about the available settings here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/settings-overview-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Button – Event Calendar Pro List viewHi @davo123456
Thanks so much for reaching out! It sounds like what you want to achieve is a custom List View template.
You can do this by creating a template override. Here are some resources to get you started:

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Problem to show next 3 eventsThanks so much for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site.
How are you displaying your events on the homepage? Are you using one of our calendar widgets or something custom?
Do you see the same issue if you display your widget on a new WordPress page or post?
Let me know if that helps!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Is it possible to have 2 different costs for eventsHi @jaddy321
Thanks so much for reaching out!
If you are using the Block Editor, you can add multiple Event Price blocks. Simply search for the Event Price block when creating an event within the Block Editor and add in as many prices as you’d like.
I hope that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
