I am glad to help. I checked your site and at first glance it seems your cache files are missing. I would recommend you to clear your NextGEN Cache:
Go to NextGEN Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous and click “Clear Image Cache”.
If you are using any site cache plugin, purge all cache from it.
Then go and load the page with the album again, wait a bit for the thumbnails to be recreated.Let me know how it went.

Currently, we don’t have the custom links feature for images. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

This issue was fixed in a recent release, please update your plugins and check your settings under NextGEN Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous > Maximum Image Count
This is the number that should define how many images are displayed.

I asked our developers about this, they said we disabled shortcode rendering on REST IIRC since it was causing all sorts of issues.
They would like know a bit more about your use case and what you need it for exactly, so we can evaluate this with more info.

I am glad to help, the way the watermark is set up to work is more focused towards batches of images or “general watermark” if you will, so while technically possible, it would require you to change the settings for the watermark between each image and then apply it.
I’ve made a note of this watermaking option you mentioned as a feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
