    Thank you Esmi. I will contact support at GoDaddy and see what they say.

    I’m using the Avada theme (v.3.9.3) and cannot get the plug-in: “WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs Lite” to work. I think it must be a theme related issue since I can get it to work with on a different website using a different theme. Is anyone out there using the Avada theme able to get WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs Lite working? Other plug-ins seem to work okay, I have Woocommerce Product Custom Options Lite plug-in working as well as the Woocommerce Advanced Free Shipping one. I really need the tabs on the product description.

    Before I checked the forum here, I also kept going in and increasing the time until I had up to 3000 seconds. It errors out after just a few minutes with the same error message shown in the above posts:

    PHP EXECUTION TIMEOUT ERROR
    Your hosting has an execution time limit of 3000 seconds for PHP scripts, which is not enough for performing full backup/restore of your website. A full website backup/restore is a complex process which may take a couple of minutes depending on many circumstances. The needed execution time varies depending on the backup options and your server performance, that’s why we cannot tell exactly how much execution time is needed. But, almost all hosting providers give users the ability to increase the execution time limit or they increase it themselves, upon user request. Please ask your hosting provider if they are able increase your execution time limit.

    The little red warning triangle says: “Errors found during backup”. Could this be unrelated to the time limit problem? I can only find version 1.1.0 for download so that’s what I have.

    Boy did I get the instructions wrong! I read this info:

    If you install and activate this plug-in before installing Contact Form 7, the default form created by Contact Form 7 will be accessible. If you’ve already installed Contact Form 7, you’ll want to delete the default form and create new forms using the templates available in this plug-in.

    And I totally misunderstood what it was saying. Thank you for the help. I will go back and install it properly
