I solved this problem, follow me to solve yourself,

Go to Plugins Page, Click Edit on useravatar, Select user-avatar/css/user-avatar.css, go to #user-avatar-display in css

change top:100px; to top:350px; and update

So I Deleted all my website and remaking it.
