Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the delay in response. Unfortunately, currently, we do not have any settings in the plugin SETTING where you can put the GA4 code. You can try this in the form if that works for you.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the awesome-support plugin and WPML.
This issue may be caused by a conflict between the plugins or a permalink problem. Here are some possible solutions you can try:
- Reset your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking on Save Changes
- Deactivate and reactivate the awesome-support plugin and WPML plugin and see if the issue persists
- Check for plugin conflicts by deactivating other plugins one by one and testing the site after each deactivation. If the issue is resolved after deactivating a plugin, then that plugin may be causing the conflict

At the moment, our system does not allow for multiple customers to be associated with a single ticket. However, if you wish to include additional individuals or email addresses to receive the ticket replies, you can add as many email addresses as you like in the CC field when replying.I hope this information is useful.
