You have to get WordPress to regenerate its Permalinks. To do this just go to Settings->Permalinks. just change it to the POST NAME category and then save it.

Can you please check if you don’t have it only with the Support Manager role?
I’d suggest checking with the Role and Capabilities plugin if you have permission to attach the file or not.

yes, awesome support is fully mobile responsive, however, if any user is facing the issue, they can use desktop mode that is available on the mobile browsers.

There are two ways to turn on support for multiple products.
If you ran the configuration wizard at the time the plugin was installed you were offered the option to turn Multiple Products support. OR
Go to the TICKETS->SETTINGS->PRODUCTS MANAGEMENT tab and turn on the checkbox next to the MULTIPLE PRODUCTS option. Don’t forget to scroll down to the bottom and click the SAVE CHANGES button.Please check further details here.

No, it is not possible to deactivate the reply field after ticket creation until you close the ticket however, you can limit the number of open tickets with our pawer pack productivity addon.
