I have deleted the backup plugin again and re-installed plus deleted other plugins to try to isolate any conflicts that may exist, the file size is now down to 181mb and I have now stared again to back them up. How long should a backup of this size take if it works properly ?

Both are Godaddy, the one that backed up OK is on my Cpanel hosting and the other is in it’s own Linux hosting account. The Database backed up easily after trying your suggestion (4mb) but the files at 190 mb are still going after 6 hours so I guess that did not work !!

Just installed backupwordpress on one of my sites https://www.jagensport.com (194 mb) and it runs for hours and does nothing ? Used it on another site (45 mb) and backed within minutes ?

Is there now a solution to the problem ?

Hi Theresa

I had a plugin conflict that made my galleries act up when I updated WordPress, try deactivating any plugins that you are not using if this does not solve the problem try deactivating some (one at a time) to see which one is in conflict. When you find it you will then be able to update that plugin when it is upgraded or find an alternative.

I have just deactivated some of the plugins (clef – limit login – Go Daddy Setup – Green lemon facebook) on the site that is not working and found that when I did this the slide show and lightbox effects have restored and are now working.

I hope this helps some of you having annoying problems which are not down to NextGEN and it does work on WP 4.5

If you look at https://jagensport.com/equipment-for-real-hunters/ukhsa-dogs-for-deer/ you will see how the gallery and lightbox effects work on this site with the same theme with WP 4.2

Then look at https://rutlanddeermanagement.com/wild-boar-management/ you will now see how the gallery does not work, the slide show does not come on, the lightbox is completely different as the image sizes are bigger and this is all the same theme in WP 4.5

I think I have got it all sorted and it works well with 4.1

I am trying it out on one of my other “test sites” and so far it is working with 4.1

With the standard free plugin is it restricted to one main AWCPC page ? I see you can configure different fee plans are these then chosen to select different products with the main AWCPC page ?

I had looked at this plugin but did not use as compatibility was only up to 4.0.1 I amusing 4.1

Have you tested it on 4.1 or has anyone else tried it ?

I am running contact form 7(3.7.2)on 5 sites using wp 3.8.1 the forms have all stopped working although they look like they are by saying “Your message was successfully sent” Thank you – but no e-mails arrive from the site,they did work before I updated to 3.8.1 and I have tried deleting the plugin and reloading it but the fault still occurs.
