Lawrencer, in some unusual cases it takes upto 2-3 minutes for the chat on your website to check your IM status and get updated to offline.
You can send a shortcut “/offline” (without quotes) to one of our chat contacts in your list and ClickDesk on your website would turn offline.
To get back online, you need to send “/online” message.Did you try our new webchat panel with realtime visitor map?

The plugin comes with our free plan. As with any other service, there are few feature limitations on the free plan. It is not viable for us to run Skype for free users and we charge if you would like to use Skype and other additional features of ClickDesk.
In our pricing page too https://www.clickdesk.com/pricing.jsp there’s clear “compare plans” link just under the pricing table which details all the available features you’d get in each of the plans. It is not possible for us to give the while list on the pricing page. We got HUGE list of features. ??
You need NOT paste code manually if you are using this plugin. The plugin ADDS functionality to your wordpress. I’m not sure why you mentioned this. But, upon loggin in, the live chat code gets automatically inserted to your site in the footer section. If this didn’t happen for some reason, then it could be due to some other customized themes/plugins.
The javascript is loaded asynchronously and need not be worried about any page load issues or any potential hacks that could occur. This is as secure as your Google analytics code. The dashboard is also fully SSL certified.

To get ClickDesk chat window appear only on a single/selected page in WordPress, deactivate the plugin and login at https://my.clickdesk.com
to get your live chat code. Paste this code in the html tab of the page editor in wp dashboard.Please contact our support if you need any further assistance.

You can also signout of your ClickDesk account, deactivate the plugin and access the plugin dashboard with the correct Google email address.

There are no issues with ClickDesk. We were doing a performance update and migration activity after our upgrade few weeks ago and during that process few customers were not able to access their accounts.
This system upgrade on our end doesn’t require you to make any changes.

JaganLogging out of your IM (gtalk/Skype) gets ClickDesk appear offline on your website instantly. Please make sure that you are logged out of your IM on all your devices.

The whitelabel (debranding) option is available in our Enterprise plan.
After logging into the dashboard, please visit the upgrade page to view our Enterprise plan.You can remove ClickDesk branding completely in this plan.

1. Plugin is multisite compatible. You can install it on any number of wordpress sites you own. But the appearance of the chat and the operator is same for all sites.
2. You can also create new account when the plugin is installed on new site and proceed with the setup.

After installing the plugin, please click the ClickDesk link in the left sidebar and login to the new dashboard. Live chat (in offline mode) would appear on your website automatically.
Add an agent and verify the IM to get ClickDesk appear online on your website.

I sorry for any inconvenience caused.
As you noticed, we released a new version of the live chat. We have completely redone our dashboard, live chat themes, reports and introduced few new features and a 7 days free trial on paid plans. We took the feedback of our users into account.During the migration and transition process we ran into few issues which the engineering team has addressed and fixed the problems. Our support team is doing the best to answer every query during this period.
I confirm that the new system is now completely stable and very fast.
Please make sure that you click on the ‘install plugin’ green button in the ‘Departments’ page if you are an existing customers. New users wouldn’t face any issues.I did not get an email notification and sorry for this delayed reply.

The live chat bar can be shown only on selected page.
If you would like to show ClickDesk live chat only on selected pages, please deactivate the plugin and follow these steps.
1. Login at my.clickdesk.com to get your live chat code.
2. Paste this code in the post/page compose editor in HTML tab. Publish.Now, the live chat would appear only on pages the code is pasted.
