Thank you for the reply and method. I tried using flat rate,
but it included the normal percentage plus another button for additional cost as a small item ( which was the title I gave the flat rate)
It would have worked great if the normal shipping percentage didn’t show up on that one item and only the small item reduction rate was visible.
