A solution that work for me.

Make a blog and account at wordpress.com.

Import your post/comments/etc from blogger.

Export -> save file (xml)

Go to your self host wordpress site and import the xml file.

I got this error while importing the xml file T_T Stuck at step #4..

The uploaded file could not be moved to /www/zzl.org/v/a/n/vanice/htdocs/wp-content.

Have no idea how to import my blog from blogger anymore…
