In reply to: [remarketable] Does the plugin Support Dynamic Events?JanPaul999,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. The short answer is, sort of!
WP Facebook Pixel allows you to create events on each post or page (or custom post type) easily; however, it currently does not support sending these events based on actions taken by a user (clicking a button for instance) unless that button opens a custom post type.
Sending events to Facebook based on events triggered by user actions will be added within the next 30 days. If you have a software developer at your disposal, WP Facebook Pixel provides developers with a lot of
hooks
which would allow them to customize the integration of the WP Facebook Pixel plugin into your web site giving you all the flexibility you could ever want. If you don’t have a developer, we could certainly point you in the direction of an amazing team of developers ??If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again.
Best wishes,

In reply to: [WZone - Lite Version] Support Requested for over a monthSterndata,
I totally understand and viewed this approach as only a last resort to get support for my client and had I received any sort of response from them over the last 2 weeks I would not have taken such drastic measures.
That said, I feel that potential users of the free version should know if support for the pro version is lacking. It really shows the type of company AATeams is. Am I wrong?
Jacob

In reply to: [remarketable] Extremely slow WP AdminJens,
While the current usage is (unfortunately) not high enough to really stress our server, that is a great suggestion! We will work it into the next update.
If there are any other ideas you have that you would like to see in a future release, please do not hesitate to let us know!
Best wishes,

In reply to: [remarketable] Don't trust the ratingsObtaining reviews is an important way to promote our hard work and obtain useful feedback. Yet there is a shortage of reviews for ANY plugin.
For example, Pixel Your Site has just 82 reviews with 5k+ active sites, or 20 per 1,000. Night Shifts Apps WP Facebook Pixel has 15 reviews with 900 active sites, or 17 per 1,000 users. Then there’s WordPress Facebook Pixel which has 2,000 active sites with only 2 reviews or 1 review per 1,000 users.
In aggregate that’s 7,900 active sites with only 99 reviews! So while there are many satisfied users, the reviews haven’t kept pace.
Our offer for a 5 star review for a discounted price is purely motivated to get more of our users to take action and let us know what they think. It’s hard to make a product better without user insight. We always request feedback from our users. If you review our support threads, you will see that we routinely ask for feedback. If the user doesn’t feel we deserve a 5 star review, we ask them to let us know how to earn one.
That being said, we updated our offer copy to better reflect our interest in receiving feedback from our users.Best wishes,

In reply to: [remarketable] Extremely slow WP AdminJens,
Glad to hear things have started working for you again. The plugin does make a request to our server to obtain our notifications and I agree that its likely that our servers were slow to respond for some reason. We will add a shorter timeout in a future release to ensure this does not impact user experience going forward.
If you see anything else strange, or would like to see any new features in a future release, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again!

I was wondering if you are still having the issue with the low UX in the WP Admin section. If so, please let me know so we can attempt to investigate this for you.

In reply to: [remarketable] Extremely slow WP AdminHi Jens,
Sorry to hear about the issues you are facing! Could you provide us with a list of plugins you are using, the version of WordPress and PHP, and what theme you are running. It is possible there is a conflict with one of those; however, since we have not see this issue we cannot replicate it to resolve it.
If you have WooCommerce installed, you can go to WooCommerce->System Status and click the Get System Report. If you would rather not have all of that information so public, feel free to email me directly at [email protected] and I will be happy to take a look.
