Hi Adam, When you add a product it should automatically appear on a page call “Store”. This page gets automatically created when you activate the plugin. You might have deleted the store page?
Let us know
Cheers!!
Hi td
The pages might have been moved to the trash. You can restore them.
trigger code is
[simpleecommcart_add_to_cart id=”prodcutID” ]Cheers!!
Hi Benuz,
Checked the website but could not find any product or not sure if you have deleted the plugin already.
1. You mentioned that you have received email from paypal with the customers address what about the payment? Did he paid by paypal check? Plugin treats it as a manual payment and does not release the product.
2. You might need to check with your hosting provider to see if your email script is working correctly.
Its pretty hard to tell if there is no shopping cart installed.
Cheers!!
Looks like the theme is overwriting the cart page CSS. I have sent the screenshot of your cart page to Niaz to see if he can get it fixed.
Meanwhile can you please edit the cart page and see under “page attribute” what template you are using currently. If you have the option then select “default template” or “full width template” and see if that makes it any better.

Scratch
there are only 2 shortcodes for Simple Shopping cartone is for showing product
[simpleecommcart_add_to_cart id=”prodcutID”]other one is for showing the cart
[simpleecommcart_show_cart]Hi, it seems to clash with some plugins and themes, I have advised Niaz (developer) to have a look at it and get a fix for the issue.
CheersHi Scratch,
2 ways you can do it, if you are adding a product on a post or a page.1. Use the shortcode [simpleecommcart_add_to_cart id=”prodcutID”] in your post or page, make sure you replace “productID” with the actual ID of the product which you will find in the Product List.
2. Simply choose the blue shopping cart icon from the post/page icons and select your product and insert it in your post/page.
You can use the download limit under “Digital Product Detail”. If you leave that box blank for unlimited download, to restrict download, enter a number and the download link will expire when it reaches the maximum number.
CheersHi, Where are you exactly attaching the image? Under each product in “Additional product detail” you will need to choose a file from your computer for “Product Image” there is no option to use link there.
Please confirm if you have done so.
ThanksI just created a dummy store page but looks Simple shopping cart works fine with elegant themes. So it could be Product Image or Other installed plugins. check this demo store
https://paperairplanes-design.com/store/Jimmy, are you using your original image as your product Image?
I can recommended try a smaller image for product image or the last option would be try deactivating all your plugins and see if they are conflicting with your CSS.Hi Jimmy. Simple Ecommerce Shopping plugin does not support Digital Product Variation. But you can still achieve what you wanted. To do that you will need to create 2 products for same image. One will be digital product where you will upload the original image but only one resolution. Other product will be for the prints with variations. So when you client will buy the digital product they will receive a download link for the image, if they buy prints(second product configured as Physical product) as many they want, they wont receive any download links. You can mail them the prints. Hope it makes sense.
Good news is Bizcart is releasing a new shopping cart plugin only for the photographers very soon.
