Please ensure you are not logged in to WP Admin when making test purchases, and that the email address of the user is not one you have previously used in the LMS and have deleted (unless permanently deleted from the Reports timeline).If the issue persists after trying the above, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist further in troubleshooting this issue.

Can you please tell me if your user was added to the LMS after purchase?
You should be able to check this by logging in to your TalentLMS account as Admin
and searching for the user in the Users page, or by going to Reports > Timeline, and checking for any new user signups or courses assigned to users.Kind regards

Quite often, the issue is that you are still logged in or have a session with your WP Admin role, so the WooCommerce order has your email address, rather than the new users for the order. This means that the user will not be added to the platform or their course. We always recommend when test purchasing, to try this out in an incognito or private browsing window.

It could be that you have loaded the page more than once, and this has reached the limit.
Each time you load the page with the courses, you will use the API calls needed.

Sincere apologies for the delay in replying, your question slipped through the cracks!
The message you are seeing seems to be referring to the API limit for your TalentLMS portal. If you are using a free portal, the limit is 50 calls per hour.
Paid plans have much higher API limits, but the free is designed for testing and will only allow 50 per hour.Kind regards
