Actually, either option might work. Can you provide guidance on the proper settings for the second outcome that your plugin provides, as I wasn’t able to get that to work and I suspect it was a lack of the correct combination of options. If it helps, I just have two levels of menus, parent and child, with no grandchildren.

What level of user did you create?

Did you receive a confirmation email upon creating the user, and did they receive an email from the site? Is she receiving the error now when trying to log in, and if so, what’s the error message? If that’s not the case, what kind of error is she receiving?

You might try resizing that photo, as it’s 2.3MB in size, far larger than you need for that page. My guess is that because of the size, it’s taking a long time to load on mobile connections.

I’m glad it’s resolved. The next time this happens, you might try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.

Both of your links load very quickly for me. Have you tried viewing your site in different browsers and from different computers/locations? How long have you been having these issues, and is it constant, or does it come and go?

It sounds like the link in the menu isn’t going to the correct URL. Do you have a specific page called “home” or did you create a custom link to your main domain address?

Could you link to your site so we can see the behavior for ourselves?

It looks like your Buy Now Gold buttons are working. Did you resolve this issue or are you still needing assistance with it?

Could you provide more specific details on what you mean by “WordPress fails to load”? When this happens, is your site down, or are you unable to access the Dashboard, or something else?

Have you tried disabling the plugin that stopped working to see if that resolved the issue? It’s possible you have a plugin that isn’t compatible with your version of WordPress or is conflicting with another plugin.

What’s the address to your blog?

Are all of your links internal to other content on your site? How are you adding the links? Did you change your permalink settings after adding links?
