I do see the Yelp Widget Pro in my list of available widgets. I can add the widget to my sidebar, and then I can customize the settings (I can specify the Search Term, Location, Sorting, etc). THANK YOU! I was not expecting to adjust the settings in the Appearance > Widgets area.

With the Premium version of Yelp Widget Pro, can I have the Yelp Widget act as a “stand alone” page on my site? I am looking to create an entire page of business listings instead of just limiting the listings to my side bar.

Nevermind – I see there is an option to turn the modal off on mobile devices.

I believe the issue did have to do with tables. I created my signup form using DIVS instead.. and that solved the problem. ??
