Same issue.
Deleted the whole thing and started over. Still the issue persists.
I’m super disappointed. It has an easy install and good integration looks clean, but with the pervasive problems and incomplete back-end capabilites, I’m going to look elsewhere for a solution.
And the spammy support site is actually offensive – I’m all for monetization, but seriously, every post on the support board has at least 1 if not 2 or 3 infolinks ads, even the word “download” is deceptively monetized. it’s just ridiculous. You can’t scroll your cursor over the page without a bunch of ads popping up.
Interestingly, all but two of forums on the list of sites posted on the Mingle site showcase are either dead or not using Mingle anymore.
Disappointed!
