The plugin has been restored to www.remarpro.com now. There was a security issue that needed to be fixed and when that happens the entire plugin has to go through a re-review.

The agent role for KB Support is “Support Agent”. To add an agent go to your WordPress Admin -> Users -> Add New and in the “role” dropdown select “Support Agent”.

Thanks for your patience here. Did you check that account? You mentioned it’s used to send and receive email every day is that via another SMTP based system or through Microsoft Exchange’s UI?

The error indicates that the email is blocked because your sending domain is on a blacklist that the receiving provider doesn’t accept (it won’t even send it to spam).
Who is your SMTP provider? Have you verified with your host that no sending IPs are on a blacklist (they should check them all not just one).

So the connection method you are using based on your screenshot is using 365 auth. Microsoft disabled auth connections on accounts created after 2020 globally (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/how-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-microsoft-365-or-office-365).
You can enable SMTP auth on a per mailbox basis though. Can you check if that’s enabled or was the account created pre-2020?Thanks!

It’ll work on a multisite install but do you need it to work in any particular way, like sharing tickets?

That’s exactly correct. ?? So when the course access expires the user will be removed from any group that has that course as part of the group.

By default with the LearnDash WooCommerce integration if you have more than 5 courses assigned on enrolment it’ll use the WordPress cron to process the enrolment.
This option bypasses that entirely so that you don’t have to worry about the cron running.
