In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] permanently_closed deprecationThank you Perry for the quick reply!
This is strange, because we are getting alerts that 2 particular sites we manage are “using this property”. Those sites are both using the MyMaps plugin.
Other sites we manage without this plugin and a basic embed or different system do not have this alert.
Any idea where I should look in the sites for more clues about possible customizations or sources of this?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Novo-Map : your WP posts on custom google maps] Custom post type compatible?I have the same need. I wish to make Novo Maps work in the same way with my custom post type categories.
Thank you very much for your helpful prompt support. I now believe the plugin is working fine, but some of these complaints we received about files are related to user error on the part of the admin’s procedures and subscribers. They seem to be accessing files outside of the plugin altogether in some occasions. I will escalate this to the IT person and assume there is not an actual issue in your plugin.
Hi bhaldie.
Thank you for allowing me to see the file status option. I have been able to get it to appear and use it to change a file from Public to Private.
But there is still an issue.
If I change a file to Private, it will only allow me as the admin who posted it to view it. None of my subscriber level users can view it.
So to be clear, I want to ensure that any file that is uploaded in Memphis Docs is only accessible to a logged in user (any level).
I am able to view the settings of a file (left click on file name) and see it shows “File status: Public” but I am not able to edit that status. If I click Manage File there is no field available to alter file status at all. Only name, description, browse for file, categories. Is this a known bug or conflict?
I tried looking for that option, but I see nothing about “File Status” on a single file when I go Manage File.

In reply to: [WP Payeezy Pay] Error with file_put_contents – could it be PHP?Wow Richard, Thank you so much for you super quick help! I think it worked and the payment page is now displaying after the form submit.
Hi Mr. Clayton,
Thank you for the reply. We were using “custom form” before, but I also did try to just use a default option for Drop In form for the settings in both Checkout and Donations options. No luck with that either. The issue appears to be related to the Donations form page (where I inserted the shortcode) not including any toggle for the credit card or paypal option like the regular WooCommerce checkout does. I believe this is why it cannot recogize the payment type has been selected and filled out. Are there template files in woocommerce I should check?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Store Locator] New stores will not show up in search. Cache issue?Thank you for pointing me to this. I discovered the issue was because the map was not fully generated. After going to edit each location, clicking Preview under the map feature, it then filled in the long/lat and I updated the entry. After that, it came up in search properly.
Thank you for the prompt reply! I have toggled that under Settings “no automatic display” and that did the trick. Resolved.

In reply to: [TubePress] TubePress stops working after upgrade to 2.1.1Hi K2eric, My client also is experiencing errors with the plugin after the very latest upgrade. Beforehand, it was working fine and then after 2.1.2 we started getting pop-up error messages about a script not working, anytime we try to visit or do something in the admin.
I tried uninstalling the plugin from WordPress and reupload/install the fresh package, and the same errors happened – and I noticed my custom settings were still in tact. Maybe the old files are not deleting all the way? Is there any other file besides the plugin folder I should be viewing to clear out the settings?
BTW this is when testing on a Mac with Firefox.
