Thank you for replying. I am using whatever the default settings were when the plugin is enabled. The only settings changed were chatbox styles, enabled auto-pop “Start Chat” feature, and offline messages.

The error usually happens about 0.50hrs-1.00hrs after the new plugin version is re-activated. The website can be down for about 5-15 minutes, then would come back up.

I would also like to add that I am using PHP 7.3.

FIXED! I turned off the masking setting and it does a direct download of the PDF in Chrome. <3

I went ahead and deactivated all plugins and still getting the redirect.

I also changed my theme to the default twenty fifteen theme and still getting the redirect.

Hi, I just deleted my W3 Total Cache plugin and iSecurity plugin. Cleared my browser cache and still get that redirect :/
