Thank you for asking for help. Which page doesn’t load? I’d be happy to go through all of this with you and resolve the ticket. I always recommend the normal troubleshooting steps which is deactivating all other plugins and using a default theme like 2014 to see if the issue persists with WP ecommerce. If it doesn’t, then there is a conflict with one of your other plugins or theme. Turn each one back on until you run into the issue again. Then you know which one is conflicting.

Thank you so much for your report. I visited your site and got a fatal error referring to wordfence and that all your memory was being used.

Does the paypal issue still happen when you deactivate all other plugins and use a default theme like 2014? deactivating all other plugins and using a default theme is a testing process to ensure nothing is conflicting with each other. If the above steps fix the issue, then turn each thing back on one by one and test to see when the error re-occurs.

Thank you so much for your report. I apologize no one replied sooner. Did you deactivte all other plguisn and use a default theme like 2014 to make sure there isn’t a conflict with another plugin? Please let me know the results. A link to your site would also be helpful. One possibility is to delete and re-install WP ecommerce on the live site to see if that fixes the issue.
